Naked Wines plc ('Naked Wines' or 'Group') Directorate change Following the successful launch of Naked Wines' new Strategic Plan, Rowan Gormley has notified the Board of his decision to step down as Non-Executive Chairman and as a Director of the Company with immediate effect. Deidre Runnette, Senior Independent Director, will assume the role of Non-Executive Chairman on an interim basis until a successor is appointed. Deirdre Runnette, interim Non-Executive Chair commented: "On behalf of the Board I wish to thank Rowan for his commitment and contribution to Naked over many years.
