Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Sabien Technology plc is pleased to announce that Karl Monaghan has been
appointed to the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director with effect
from 1 September 2007
Karl, 45, graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Commerce
degree. Karl trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in Dublin and
subsequently worked in corporate finance departments at a number of merchant
banks and stockbrokers. During this time he focussed on business services
companies and has significant experience in advising companies in the staffing
sector. He set up Ashling Capital LLP in December 2002 to provide consultancy
services to quoted and private companies.
