Director resigns

Kamloops, BC: Alliance Mining Corp. (OOTC:ANMNF) (CNQ:ALM) (the "Company" or "Alliance") reports that Mr. Albert Gurney has resigned from the Board of Directors and his position as Secretary of the Company, due to health problems. Mr. Gurney was instrumental in assisting the Company in becoming and operating as a reporting issuer. The Board of Directors would like to thank him for his past services and wish him the best in recovering from his hospitalization.
