Director Declaration re: New Directorship
Marston's PLC today announces that William Rucker, Chairman of the Group, is appointed as Chairman of ICG PLC ("Intermediate Capital Group" or "ICG"), the global alternative asset manager, with effect from 31 January 2023.
ICG is listed on the London Stock Exchange (ticker symbol: ICP).
There are no other details that are required to be disclosed under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
