Confirmation of Covenant Amendments
Marston's PLC provides the following update in respect of its financial covenant amendments.
Further to the Preliminary results issued on 6 December 2022, the Group is pleased to confirm that it has secured financial covenant amendments to its Bank and Private Placement facilities for the period up to and including 31 March 2023.
