Mr Boyton will hold, directly and indirectly, a total of 21,994,066 Common Shares representing 9.76% of the Company's Enlarged Share Capital. As previously announced, BPM had subscribed for a total of 399,000 Common Shares of the Company under the terms of the Placing.
