After settlement of the transaction, Mr Rawlinson will hold a total of 201,700 Shares representing 0.10% of the Company's issued share capital; and · Graeme Dacomb (Independent Non-Executive Director), on 2 April 2025 purchased 25,000 Shares in the Company at a price of £0.629 per Share.
