Director Appointment
The Company is pleased to announce that Dr Shefaly Yogendra has been appointed to the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") as an independent non-executive Director with immediate effect. This appointment is subject to statutory and regulatory filings in Guernsey. Dr Yogendra will also serve as a member of the Company's Audit and Risk and Nomination Committees.
Dr Yogendra will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 1 December 2026.
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.6.13, Dr Yogendra advises that she is a non-executive Director and Senior Independent Director of Temple Bar Investment Trust PLC. Previously Dr Yogendra was a non-executive director of JP Morgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC (until June 2026), Harmony Energy Income Trust PLC (until 2025) and Witan Investment Trust PLC (until October 2024). There are no other details to be disclosed in accordance with the FCA's Listing Rule 9.6.13.
Dr Yogendra is an external director of Ampa Group, which is one of the world's leading legal and professional services B-Corps, owning several legal services brands in the UK regions. Her career was built in the technology industry, followed by strategic advisory work on emerging technologies, with expertise in governance, growth, risk and decision-making. She recently authored Uncharted Spaces, a book exploring future-relevant governance in the face of complex geopolitical and technological challenges. In 2016, she was named among the "100 Women to Watch" in the Female FTSE Board Report.
