DIGITAL VALUE, 2024 PRELIMINARY RESULTS:

REVENUE OF €813 MILLION, CONSOLIDATED NET FINANCIAL POSITION - €6.5 MILLION, PRO-FORMA NET FINANCIAL POSITION +€13.7 MILLION.

Milan, January 30, 2025 - Digital Value S.p.A. (Ticker DGV), a leading operator in Italy's ICT sector for both public and private segments and listed on the Euronext Milan segment, announces the preliminary consolidated revenue figures as of December 31, 2024, approved by the Board of Directors on January 29, 2025. These figures are unaudited.

Highlights of thr Fiscal Year as of December 31, 2024

Consolidated revenue as of December 31, 2024, amounts to €813 million¹, including the consolidation of the Infordata Group starting from Q4 2024, which contributed €34 million.

The Consolidated Net Financial Position (NFP) as of December 31, 2024¹ stands at -€6.5 million, incorporating the effects of the Infordata consolidation for -€20.2 million, including -€12.0 million for outstanding acquisition-related debt and -€8.2 million for Infordata's NFP as of December 31, 2024. The pro-forma consolidated NFP as of December 31, 2024¹, maintaining the same perimeter as 2023 (excluding the effects of Infordata consolidation from Q4 2024), amounts to +€13.7 million.

The full 2024 financial results will be approved by the Board of Directors on April 3, 2025.

The executive responsible for preparing the company's accounting documents, Alessandro Pasqualin, declares under paragraph 2 of Article 154-bis of the Consolidated Finance Act that the accounting information related to the revenue as of December 31, 2024, for the Digital Value Group corresponds to the documentary evidence, books, and accounting records.
