Dhruva Capital Services Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/09/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the merger of Vector Finance Private Limited ('(`Transferor Company') with Dhruva Capital Services Limited ('the Transferee Company') and their shareholders and also approve the draft scheme of Merger ('the Scheme') pursuant to the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made there under, and as per the terms and conditions of the draft Scheme of Merger (`Scheme''), to be placed before the Board for their approval.
