Following current report no. 3/2021 dated 18th of January 2021 concerning annex to the letter of intent in terms of sales of a property, Management Board of Dekpol S.A. ("Issuer") announces, that on 1st of February 2021 the Issuer's Subsidiary - the Company Dekpol Deweloper Sp. z o.o. signed another annex to the above mentioned letter of intent , in accordance to which the parties again extended the deadline giving the buyer the exclusive right to conclude the preliminary sale agreement. In the event of conclusion of a preliminary sales agreement or completion of negotiations without conclusion, the Issuer will inform about it in the form of a current report.
