DCC plc Board Change

DCC plc, the business support services group, announces that Mr Maurice Keane, non-executive Director, retired from the Board on 5 April 2011.

Mr Keane has been a non-executive Director since March 2002 and the Board has benefited greatly from his wisdom and experience over that period.
