Pursuant to SEBI PIT Regulation, 2015 read with amendments thereto, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons & their immediate relatives from April 01, 2025 till 2 days (48 hours) after declaration of financial results for half year & financial year ended March 31, 2025.
