(“CULT” or the “Company”) CSE:CULT OTC:CULTF (FRA: LN00), adisruptive food technology platform focused on making investments topioneer the commercialization of lab-grown meat and cellularagriculture to reshape the global food industry, announces it hasclosed the previously announced debt settlement agreement (the“Settlement Agreement”) tosettle outstanding debts owed to an arm’s-length creditor (the“Creditor”) totaling$132,500 (the “DebtSettlement”). Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, the Company has agreed to issuean aggregate of 8,833,333 Shares at a deemed price of $0.015 perShare.
