Dear Sir, Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons, Directors, KMPs, Officers and their Immediate Relatives from October 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
