Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to our earlier intimation regarding the shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from 37, Second Floor, Rani Jhansi Road, Motia Khan, Paharganj, New Delhi - 110055 to House No. 15A, Bela Road, Civil Lines (North Delhi), North Delhi, Delhi - 110054, with effect from 22.08.2026, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 09.09.2026, has decided to withdraw the aforesaid intimation for shifting of its Registered Office. Accordingly, the proposed shifting of the Registered Office to the aforesaid new address shall not be given effect to, and the Registered Office of the Company shall continue at its existing address: 37, Second Floor, Rani Jhansi Road, Motia Khan, Paharganj, New Delhi - 110055. The Company hereby requests you to take the above withdrawal on record. This intimation is being made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Thanking You
