It has been agreed with Mr Andrew Shine (CEO), that his notice period will now be effective 30 th June 2017. The Board wishes to thank Andrew for his contributions to the Company during his period as CEO. The Board will commence a search immediately for a new CEO and will consider both internal and external candidates. 359,663 Performance Rights granted to Andrew will lapse on his departure.
