On July 29, 2021, the shareholders'meeting of the Company resolved to
increase the capital in cash with the private placement of maximum
50,000,000 common shares (face value TWD 10 per share); the actual price
of the private placement is TWD 17.40 per share.
The shares actually placed privately are 50,000,000 shares, and the
actual total amount of the private placement is TWD 870 million.
