POLL RESULTS
The Resolution put to the 7% 'A' Cumulative Preference Share Scheme Meeting on May 21, 2026 was decided by way of poll. The Resolution was carried, as set out in the table below. Details of the Resolution are contained in the 'Notice of Scheme Meeting of the 7% 'A' Cumulative Preference Shares', a copy of which is available on the CRH website, https://www.crh.com. At the latest Practicable Date, there were 872,000 7% 'A' Cumulative Preference Shares issued and outstanding. Accordingly, the total number of votes cast represent approximately 60.46% of the total 7% 'A' Cumulative Preference Shares issued and outstanding.
