Notice under section 159 (4) of the Companies Act, 2017
This is in continuation of EOGM Notice published on Wednesday, April 19, 2023.
Pursuant to Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017 (the "Act"), the shareholders of The Crescent Textile Mills Limited (the "Company") are hereby notified that the following persons have filed with the Company, notices of their intention to offer themselves for election as Directors at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday the May 16, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Registered Office, Mills Premises, Sargodha Road, Faisalabad.

Since the number of persons who have offered themselves for election are not more than the number of directors fixed by the Board of Directors under Section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017, all the aforementioned persons shall be deemed to have been elected as Directors of the Company for next term of three years commencing from May 17, 2023.
