Credit Saison Co., Ltd. (hereinafter: "Credit Saison") hereby announces that, at a meeting held on May 15, 2026, the Board of Directors resolved to cancel treasury shares as follows.

1. Purpose of treasury share cancellation

   Taking into account the progress of the Credit Saison Group Medium-Term Management Plan for Fiscal Years 2024-2026, the outlook for its financial condition, and stock prices, etc., the Company resolved to cancel treasury shares as part of its capital policy.
