   Article 1. Approval of the plan for handling ESOP• shares of employees who resign during the restricted transfer period, in accordance with the ESOP Regulation issued ander Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 06/20257NQ-HD QT dated May 26, 2025, asfollows:

      Handling plan.' RepuFChase the ESOP shares of employees who FESifffl during the resvicted transfeF period. The Trade Union of Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company will buy back the shaFes being repurchased, asfollows.

      1. So lupng co phieu mua lit: 30.000 co phiéu.

The remaining ESOP shares ›rf// be released a/ter the en‹l ofthe truns/er restriction perio 1 as stipulated in Resolution 05/2025/NQ-HD QT elated April 1, 2025.
