To implement Resolution No. 04/2025/NQ-DHCD of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated October 20, 2025, the Board of Directors approved the payment of dividends for thefiscal year 2025 in cash, as follows:

1. Ty le chi tra co tic: 10% menh gia (1.000 dfing/ co phiéu).

   The rate of dividendpayment.- 10% ofpar value (VND 1,000/share).

2. Hinh thñc chi tra: Tien mñt hoiic chuyén khoan.

   Payment method. Cash payment or bank transfer.

3. Nguon chi tra: tii Nguon lpi nhuan sau thué chua phñn phoi ciia Cñng ty.

   Source ofpayment. from the Company's Retained Earnings.
