Cosmos Health Signs 2.86 Million-Unit Contract Manufacturing Agreement With Pharmex S.A. Across Three Dermatological Products

("Cana"), it has entered into a five-year contract manufacturing agreement with Pharmex S.A. ("Pharmex") to produce three pharmaceutical products. Under the agreement, Cana will manufacture the following products for Pharmex at its EU-GMP-licensed, EMA-certified facility, with combined volumes of approximately 2.86 million units over the five-year term. The agreement reinforces Cosmos Health's role as a contract manufacturer of pharmaceutical products and supports higher utilization of its EU manufacturing capacity. By leveraging Cana's licensed production capabilities, the Company aims to deepen its long-term manufacturing partnerships and strengthen recurring revenue from its higher-margin contract manufacturing activities.
