Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Exchange is informed about the receipt of Prototype Approval from RDSO by M/s Prilika Enterprises Private Limited, with whom M/s Cosmic Springs And Engineers Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a BTA for acquisition of its "Springs Unit".
