Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company hereby informs about the payment of Rs. 31.60 Crores in RTGS and Issue of BG for Rs. 28.40 Crores as per terms and conditions of LOI dtd. 30/07/2026 received from Resolution professional ("RP") in the matter of acquisition of M/s Amzen Transportation Industries Private Limited under CIRP.
