We wish to inform you that pursuant to the order of Hon''ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench dated 18th November, 2025, the Board of Directors in accordance with the approved resolution plan has fixed Friday, 13th February, 2026, as the RECORD DATE for the purpose of 1) Cancellation and Extinguishment of all presently outstanding paid-up equity shares. 2) Issuance of equity shares to the existing shareholders and Successful Resolution Applicant (Promoter) as per the approved plan.
