As per the provisions of SSE Code, CONPET S.A. Ploie9ti brings to the attention of
all shareholders and investors the following amendments related to 2017 financial communication calendar:
On March 29, 2017 will no longer take place the "Meeting with the financial analysts on the capital market for presentation of 2016 annual financial results;
In replace thereof, will be organized, on March 29, 2017 a "Conference Call with the financial analysts on the capital market for the presentation of 2016 annual financial results";
On April 25, 2017 will take place a "Meeting with financial analysts and intermediaries on the capital market, investment consultants and investors for the presentation of 2016 annual results".
