(the " Company " and together with its subsidiaries " tinyBuild " or the " Group ") Confirmation of adjournment of the Special Meeting tinyBuild (AIM:TBLD), a premium video games publisher and developer with global operations, confirms that, following today's earlier announcement, the Company's Special Meeting was duly adjourned. Following the announcement released earlier today by the Company, notice is hereby given that the adjourned Special Meeting will now be held at 15:00 on 26 January 2024 at the offices of Goodwin Procter (UK) LLP, 100 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DY, United Kingdom (the " Adjourned Meeting "). Valid proxy votes submitted in respect of the Special Meeting will be counted at the Adjourned Meeting. Methods of participation and voting at the Adjourned Meeting shall be the same as the ones set out in the Circular published by the Company on 22 December 2023.
