Completion of Sale of Westek Technology Ltd
Further to the announcement made by TP Group Plc on 29 December 2022, Science Group (AIM: SAG) announces the completion yesterday of the sale of the entire issued share capital of Westek Technology Ltd to Roda Computer GmbH for a cash consideration of £0.8m.
