Completion of placing by a controlling shareholder

References are made to the announcements (the “Announcements”) of Jolimark Holdings Limited (the “Company”) dated 4 September 2026, 15 September 2026 and 21 September 2026 in relation to, among other things, the placing of existing shares by a controlling shareholder (the “Placing”).
