08 August 2024 Grainger plc ("Grainger", the "Group", or the "Company") Notice of Appointment Company Secretary Appointment Grainger plc, the UK's largest listed residential landlord and leader in the build-to-rent sector, is pleased to announce that Sapna Bedi FitzGerald has been appointed as its Group General Counsel and Company Secretary. Sapna is currently Company Secretary and Group General Counsel at the FTSE-listed property services company, LSL Property Services PLC, having joined in 2001. Prior to LSL, Sapna worked as Legal Counsel at Aviva Life Legal Service. Sapna will start on 30 September 2024, joining Grainger's Executive Committee. Helen Gordon, Chief Executive of Grainger, said: "We are pleased to welcome Sapna to the Grainger team. Sapna is highly experienced and will be a great fit with the Executive team at Grainger, supporting us on our growth strategy as the best build to rent business in the UK."
