VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT SHARE AWARD SCHEME OF THE COMPANY
Reference is made to the announcements of Colour Life Services Group Co., Limited (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') dated 5 July 2016 and 10 August 2016 in relation to, among others, the share award scheme of the Company (the ''Share Award Scheme'').
On 13 November 2018, the board of directors (the ''Board'') of the Company resolved to provide further fund in the amount of HKD15,000,000 to the Share Award Scheme.
The Company adopted the Share Award Scheme on 4 July 2016 to enable the Company to grant shares to selected eligible participants as incentives or rewards for their contributions or potential contribution to the Group.
