CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORISED
REPRESENTATIVE
The board of directors (the ''Board'') of Colour Life Services Group Co., Limited (the ''Company'') announces that Ms. Chak Wai Ting (''Ms. Chak'') has tendered her resignation as the company secretary, authorised representative under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ''Stock Exchange'') and authorised representative under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (the ''Company Secretary and Authorised Representative'') of the Company with effect from 31 October 2018 in order to pursue her personal career development. Ms. Chak confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters relating to her resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the Stock Exchange and/or the shareholders of the Company.
The Board announces the appointment of Ms. Luo Shuyu (''Ms. Luo'') as the Company Secretary and Authorised Representative with effect from 1 November 2018.
Ms. Luo holds a bachelor of arts degree in English (Business Translation) from Guangdong University of Finance and a master of arts degree in Translation and Bilingual Communication from the Hong Kong Baptist University and a master degree in Corporate Governance from The Open University of Hong Kong. Ms. Luo is an associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom. Ms. Luo has extensive experience in corporate governance and company secretarial matters.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its appreciation to Ms. Chak for her contribution to the Company during her tenure and welcome Ms. Luo to her new position in the Company.
