Pursuant to the provisions of DEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and the Company''s code of conduct for Insider Trading, we write to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company remains closed from the October 1, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The intimation regarding closure of trading window is circulated to Designated Persons of the Company on September 27, 2025.Upon careful review, we acknowledge that the intimation was required to be made to the stock exchange on September 27, 2025, which we had inadvertently failed to file. the delay in intimation was unintentional and we sincerely apologize for this oversight.
