KSIDC has withdrawn the nomination of their current Nominee Director, Shri. Prasanth Raghunathan (DIN 02113647), resulting in vacation of his office as a Director from our Board.2. in his place, KSIDC has nominated Shri. Hari Krishnan R. IRTS, Executive Director (DIN : 10762540). as their Nominee Director on the Board of our Company.
