Regarding the admission and introduction to trading on the WSE shares of COAL ENERGY S.A. Current report no. 7/2026 Date: 26 March 2026
The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. (hereinafter the "Issuer") hereby announces that on 26 March 2026 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A., hereinafter the "WSE") adopted Resolution No. 418/2026 concerning the admission and introduction to stock exchange trading on the WSE Main Market of 1,079,447 (one million seventy-nine thousand four hundred and forty-seven) ordinary bearer shares of the Issuer (hereinafter the "Shares"), with a nominal value of USD 0.01 (one cent) each.
Pursuant to § 36, §37 and 38(1) and (3) of the Exchange Rules, in conjunction with § 3a(1), (2) and (3) of the Exchange Rules, the Management Board of the Exchange resolved to introduce the Issuer's Shares to stock exchange trading on the Main Market as of 30 March 2026, provided that on 30 March 2026 the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) registers these Shares and assigns them the code "LU0646112838".
