Messaging and services platform CM.com sent 9.1 billion messages in 2025. 2.7 billion in the fourth quarter, a 30 per cent plus.
That generated revenue of 259 million euros, a minus of five per cent. On the other hand, operating profit rose 12 per cent to 18.4 million euros.
On the bottom line, 3.8 million euros had to be added, as the company made a loss. Sixteen million less than the year before, though.
CM.com is undergoing a transformation from a messaging sec to a marketing platform that 'intelligently' segments user groups and designs message content to be as appropriate as possible. No standard messages in bulk.
Shortly after the Amsterdam stock exchange opened, shares rose 3.5 per cent.
