14 June 2024 Pennon Group plc Competition and Markets Authority clears Sutton and East Surrey Water merger with South West Water The Competition and Markets Authority has today published its clearance of the merger of Sutton and East Surrey Water ('SES Water') with South West Water, following the acquisition announced on 10 January 2024.
