We wish to inform that in terms of the provisions of sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 9 of SEBI (PIT) Reg. 2015, and in terms of the company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor, and report trading by insiders, the trading window of the company for all Directors, KMP''s, designated employees and their immediate relatives is closed w.e.f. 01/01/2025 till the end of 48 hous after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st december, 2024.
