Pursuant to the Regulation 9 r/w Schedule "B" of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 Trading window of the Company will be closed from the 01-01-2025 and shall be opened after the expiry of 48 hours of the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter ended on December, 2024.
