Closure of Trading Window

In compliance of SEBI(PIT) Regulations 2015 read with amendments thereof, the trading restriction period for dealing in the securities of the Company for the insiders shall remain closed from Thursday, 01st October 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2026 (both days inclusive).The trading window for the insiders will open 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2026 is made by the Company to the Stock Exchange.
