To consider and evaluate proposals for raising funds by way of issue of securities / equity shares /warrants including through rights issue, preferential issue, qualified institutions placement or any othermethods or combination thereof including determination of issue price subject to such regulatory /statutory approvals as may be required and subject to approval of shareholders.2. To consider increase in Authorized Share Capital of the Company, subject to approval of shareholders.3. Alteration in the Articles of Association of the Company, subject to approval of shareholders.
