A copy of the English version has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

Any such request from you will cease to be valid after one year, or such shorter period if the original request is revoked in writing, or superseded by a subsequent written request, by you, prior to the expiry date of the original request. If you wish to continue to receive corporate communications in printed form after expiry of the original request, you must complete and return a fresh Request Form.
