The Shareholders of the Company at their 45th Annual General meeting held today Saturday, September 27, 2025, have inter-alia considered, approved and appointed M/s Ketan Vyas & Company, Practicing Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for five consecutive years starting from Financial Year 2025-2026.
