- Pursuant to the unanimous approval of the Shareholders at the AGM of SDF held on 27th June 2024, the Auditors of the Company for the ensuing year was changed to M/s Deloitte Associates, Chartered Accountants.
- Consequent to the appointment of Ms R Suranjani Wickremeratne as a Non-Executive, Independent Director to the Board of SDF, it has been resolved by the Board of SDF that she be appointed as the Chairperson of the Board Audit Committee (BAC) and the outgoing Chairperson will become a Member of the BAC w.e.f. 1st August 2024.
