Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of the Members and Share Transfer Books of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will remain closed from 19.09.2025 to 25.09.2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 46th AGM of the Company.
