CONSULTING CO., LTD.
Reference is made to the announcements of China YuHua Education Corporation Limited (the
"Company") dated 22 July 2019, 12 August 2019 and 13 August 2019 in relation to the acquisition of Jinan Shuangsheng Education Consulting Co., Ltd. ( 濟南雙勝教育諮詢有限公司 ) and the
despatch of circular (the "Announcements"). Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements unless the context requires otherwise.
This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 14.36A of the Listing Rules.
As the Company is in the process of preparing and finalising certain information in the Circular, the Company has applied to the Stock Exchange for a waiver from strict compliance with Rule 14.41(a) of the Listing Rules and has obtained the approval from the Stock Exchange. The Circular is expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 13 December 2019.
