Recently, China's first BRW2000/40 digital variable-displacement emulsion pump station completed assembly and joint commissioning at Shendong Coal of China Shenhua and will soon be lowered underground for industrial trials. As the core power source for hydraulic supports at longwall faces, the equipment directly ensures reliable support operation and continuous, efficient production at the face.

Featuring high flow and highly stable operation, the pump station supports standalone fluid supply and can also be paired with BRW800/40 pump stations to achieve the "one-pump-for-multiple pumps"concept. It effectively maxmizes the utility of existing equipment, improving system reliability, and reducing operation, maintenance, and production costs. At the same time, it marks a key breakthrough in unloading control technology. Its innovative gradient unloading control mode dynamically matches supply flow to operating conditions to balance system supply and demand. Its suction-valve split-cylinder unloading structure improves conventional unloading methods, significantly reducing hydraulic pulsation and enhancing system stability, and enabling fixed-displacement pumps to operate variably without variable-frequency speed control.

The pump station will be first deployed at the No. 12405 large-mining-height face of Shangwan Coal Mine. With an average mining height of 8.4 m and a maximum mining height of 9.1 m, and equipped with 8.8 m large-mining-height supports, the face places extremely high demands on the fluid supply system. The new pump station fully meets the high-intensity, high-stability fluid supply requirements of large-mining-height faces, providing strong power support for safe and efficient coal extraction.
