Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.
The Board of Directors of the Company announces that the website of the Company has been changed from "http://www.chinaffl.com" to "http://www.boton.com.hk" with effect from 7 August 2020 to reflect the Change of the Company Name.
